xBloom recipes ☕¶
A small, searchable ledger of xBloom Studio recipes for specific coffees — the dose, grind, temperature, grinder RPM and the pours, plus the dial-in story of how the taste was reached (e.g. "70 = sour → 55 = bitter → 58 = clean").
Why this exists: I couldn't find a single xBloom recipe out there for the coffees Polish roasters put out — so I started keeping my own and publishing them here, one bag at a time, to fill that gap. Every coffee gets its own page with the bag photo so you can match it on the shelf.
The site's in English even though the coffees are Polish — it's built with Claude Code, and its Polish came out rough enough that English was the honest choice.

xbloom-ble is a free, open-source tool that sends a recipe to your xBloom Studio over Bluetooth — it loads the recipe; you add the beans and approve on the machine to brew (it never auto-starts). Reverse-engineered protocol, fully documented, MIT-licensed.
Recipes are a starting point — every grinder and palate is different, so dial to taste. Coffee also shifts with each day off roast. The rule is simple: sour/flat → grind finer, bitter/astringent → grind coarser.
