BeMyBean is a specialty coffee roastery in Kraków, founded by Łukasz Stachurski, who turned years in the coffee trade into his own roastery and showroom in the city's industrial Zabłocie district (opened 2019).
What began as a small, word-of-mouth operation grew, through its online shop, into a name known across Poland — all under the motto that "good coffee goes hand in hand with good people."
Stachurski roasts in small batches and builds a bespoke profile for every coffee to reveal its natural character, with an emphasis on seasonality and rotating single origins. The range splits into a "Bean" series tuned for espresso and a "Brew" series for pour-over and filter, and reaches into rare, competition-grade microlots such as the Costa Rica Geisha from the Mirazú farm in Tarrazú. The roastery also runs a showroom café, cupping sessions and coffee education.
