Geisha Roasters (Geisha Roast Co) is a Madrid roastery founded in 2025. The name is the brief: its top tier is built around Geisha coffees, and the stated aim is to roast "with precision and respect for their origin" — the bags carry the line greatness begins at the origin, always.
The range is sorted into three tiers. Foundation holds the everyday single origins — an Ethiopian heirloom, a Ugandan SL-14/SL-28 natural, a Guatemalan Pacamara. Artisan is where the rarer varieties and processes sit — Pink Bourbon, Sidra, Maracaturra, and a Costa Rican Centroamericano. Reserve is the Geishas, from Guatemala, Ecuador and Colombia, plus a Colombian Sudan Rume.
Sourcing is direct, from high-altitude farms in Ecuador, Colombia, Ethiopia and Costa Rica, with an emphasis on traceability. Every coffee is sold whole or ground to order for V60, French press, AeroPress, moka or espresso.
