Sugarcane-EA decaf, medium roast — porous and quick to extract, so go a touch coarser and cooler than a light washed: grind 62, 90 °C, a shorter brew. Well rested (~2 months off roast), so a small bloom is enough. A researched starting recipe — none is published for xBloom.
Quick fix: Bitter/drying (the likely risk) → coarser first (62→64), then 88–89 °C, shorten to ~2:30. Sour → finer (62→59) or 91–92 °C.
